We want you to love what you wear. If the size isn't right or something arrived defective, here's exactly how exchanges and refunds work at DEEMENS — no fine print games.

11. 7-Day Exchange Window

You can request a size or product exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags and packaging.

22. How to Request an Exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +880 1635-247497 with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will confirm the exchange and arrange courier pickup or guide you on sending it back. Once we receive and check the item, the replacement ships immediately.

33. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it free of charge — including all courier costs — or refund you in full if a replacement isn't available.

44. Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are sent via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 3–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are sent to the mobile wallet number you provide.

55. What Can't Be Returned

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and socks can't be exchanged unless defective. Items that are used, washed, altered or missing tags are not eligible. Exchange courier charges for size changes (not our error) are borne by the customer.
