All products listed on deemens.com are described and photographed as accurately as possible. Minor colour variation can occur due to screen differences and lighting. Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without prior notice; the price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.

Orders can be placed directly on the website. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide, and mobile payments where shown at checkout. We may contact you on the phone number you provide to confirm an order before dispatch. Orders with unreachable phone numbers or incomplete addresses may be cancelled.

We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh through trusted courier partners, typically within 2–5 business days (Dhaka is usually faster). Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm. Delays caused by couriers, weather or public holidays are outside our direct control, but our support team will always help you track your parcel.

Wrong size or a manufacturing defect? You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery — see our Refund & Return Policy for the full process. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering and not to misuse the website (fraudulent orders, abusive behaviour toward staff, or attempts to disrupt the service). We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of clear misuse.

All content on deemens.com — product photos, designs, text and the DEEMENS name — belongs to DEEMENS and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
